L sit complete tutorial



The L-Sit is one of those exercises that can make people want to punch it in the proverbial face.
How To Do An L SitIt looks ridiculously easy, like something an infant could do, but when you get up on those p-barz, you realize the folly of your assumptions. But that assumption is actually not your first mistake.
Your first mistake is, like most people who’ve experienced what I like to call “the L-Sit let down”, you assume you can’t do an L-Sit because your hamstrings are too tight

WRONG. You can’t do an L-Sit because you’re weak.
